Ingrédients nécessaires :	1 ou 2 oignons du blanc de poulet huile d'olive 1 gousse d'ail vin blanc 3 cs de beurre 2 cs de farine champignons surgelés crème fraîche liquide
Instructions de réalisation :	Préparer des crêpes normalement, mais sans sel et sans sucre Faire revenir un ou deux oignons et du blanc de poulet coupé en cubes dans une poêle, avec un peu d'huile d'olive. ajouter une gousse d'ail écrasée. ajouter une grosse dose de champignons surgelés : cela fait du jus pour la sauce. Ajouter un peu vin blanc. dans une casserole, mélanger trois cuillères à soupe de beurre et deux de farine. Faire cuire deux minutes comme pour une béchamel. Dès que les champignons sont dégelés, ajouter tout le jus de la poêle dans la casserole. Faire cuire en remuant pour éviter que la sauce n'accroche, et, après le premier bouillon, mélanger la sauce avec le mélange poulet/oignons/champignons. Ajouter une bonne dose de crème fraîche liquide pour lier la sauce. Fourrer les crêpes. On peut surgeler le surplus, et les faire cuire à la poêle par la suite comme des crêpes surgelées industrielles (mais c'est meilleur! ;-) )
