Ingrédients nécessaires :	Pour 4 personnes : 200 g de riz long grain 4 oignons émincés 250 g de tomates 1 blanc de poireau 1 gousse d'ail 2 cuillerées à soupe d'huile d'olive poivre
Instructions de réalisation :	Faire blondir les oignons dans l'huile. Ajouter le riz, le faire chauffer doucement en remuant, jusqu'à ce qu'il devienne translucide. Ajouter alors les tomates pelées et coupées en gros quartiers, le blanc de poireau émincé, la gousse d'ail pilée, le poivre. Couvrir avec 1/2 litre d'eau bouillante, et laisser cuire à feu doux pendant 15 à 18 minutes, jusqu'à ce que l'eau soit absorbée (s'il en restait un peu trop, terminer la cuisson à feu plus vif, pour faire évaporer l'excédent). Servir sans attendre.
