Ingrédients nécessaires :	Pour 4 personnes : 12 ailes de poulet 6 cuil. à soupe de chapelure régulière 1 cuil. à thé de poudre d'ail 1 cuil. à thé de poudre d'oignon 1 cuil. à thé de fines herbes italiennes 1/2 cuil. à thé de paprika 1/2 cuil. à thé de romarin
Instructions de réalisation :	Incorporez tous les ingrédients (sauf les ailes de poulet) dans un sac genre "Ziploc" et mélangez bien. Ajoutez ensuite 1 aile à la fois dans le sac et secouez pour bien recouvrir chacune des ailes. Faites cuire au four sur une plaque graissée, position gril jusqu'à ce que les ailes soient bien dorées. Servez avec du riz et des légumes.

Ces ailes de poulet sont délicieuses et goûte presque le sel. On ne manque pas le sel tellement elles sont bonnes. Je les ai préparées sous le grill du four mais comme il n'y avait pas de gras, elles ont tendances à brûler. Une fois qu'elles ont été cuites, je les ai terminées à four plus modéré après avoir éteint mon détecteur de fumée! Je les referai et les referai avec des pilons aussi et des hauts de cuisse. Un vrai délice. Merci mille fois!!!

cette recette a l'air tres bonne je vais la tester un jour pour la chapelure moi je la fais moi meme avec des biscottes sans sel ou alors avec du pain sans sel mais c vrai que c'est un parcour du combattant pour avoir un repas sans sel ou presque car tout contient du sel moi j'ai la chance d'avoir un magasin qui fait des produits sans sel sans sucre produits bio etc..........
