Ingrédients nécessaires :	125g beurre 75g de chocolat 200g de sucre 2 oeufs 75g de farine 75g de noix décortiquées du sucre glace.
Instructions de réalisation :	Faire fondre ensemble, à feu doux, le chocolat et le beurre en mélangeant doucement avec une cuill en bois. Eviter surtout l'ébullition. Hors du feu, ajouter le sucre, mélanger rapidement. Vous devez obtenir une pâte lisse et brillante. Ensuite, incorporer un à un les oeufs, en battant le mélange à la fourchette. Ajouter la farine par petites fractions en remuant vivement Ajouter les noix en petits morceaux, mélanger bien le tout. Préchauffer le four th 5 Beurrer un moule rectangulaire (ca marche aussi avec un rond je vous rassure) Faire cuire 20mns. Démouler, laisser refroidir et saupoudrer de sucre glace.
