Ingrédients nécessaires :Pour 4 personnes :
  • 4 blancs de poulet coupés en morceaux
  • 500 g. de poivrons en lanières surgelés
  • 2 tomates
  • 150 g. de purée de tomates sans sel (au rayon sauce tomate-voir post "purée de tomates"
  • 1 poignée d'oignons surgelés en rondelles
  • 2 gousses d’ail écrasées
  • huile d’olive
  • 1 petit verre de vin blanc
  • 1 cuil. à café d’herbes de provence
  • 4 pincées de piment d’espelette
Instructions de réalisation :
  • C'est un peu moins bon que la recette du Poulet Basquaise dans sa version non express, mais quand on n'a pas le temps, ça reste largement correct.
  • Faire revenir à feu vif pendant 5 minutes le poulet, les oignons, les poivrons coupés en lanières, l'ail, le piment et les herbes dans une grande cocotte, avec 6 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive.
  • Ajouter les tomates coupées en quartiers, la purée de tomates et le vin blanc
  • Faire cuire à feu doux pendant 10 minutes. Attention à bien couvrir la cocotte pour que le poulet reste moelleux.
  • Servir avec du riz nature par exemple
