Ingrédients nécessaires :	Pour 6 personnes : 4 oeufs (à peser) même poids de sucre en poudre même poids de farine même poids de beurre arôme au choix (vanille, fleur d'oranger, cannelle, citron, orange, ...)
Instructions de réalisation :	Préchauffer le four à 200°C (th. 6/7). Dans un saladier, mélanger tous les ingrédients. Dans un moule à cake beurré, verser la préparation. Enfourner à four chaud 35 minutes. Le gâteau est cuit lorsque la pointe d'un couteau ressort sèche.

Décidément mes recettes ont la côte sur votre site !!! Je créé beaucoup de ces recettes parce que j'en ai marre du trop compliqué et trop cher! Il faut que tout le monde puisse les faire simplement à la maison! J'ai également créé "coeurs fondants aux amandes sans sel" et "gateau au fromage blanc sans pâte et sans sel"!
