Ingrédients nécessaires :Pour 4 personnes :
  • 2 gros ananas
  • 6 filets de poulet
  • 1 cuillère à soupe de miel
  • un peu de piment doux en poudre
  • huile d'olive
Instructions de réalisation :
  • Émincez les filets de poulet, et saupoudrez les de piment doux. Ajoutez le miel, mélangez et réservez.
  • Sans enlever le feuillage, coupez les ananas en 2 dans le sens de la longueur.
  • Videz les ananas sans abîmer la peau, et découpez la pulpe en petits cubes de 1 à 2 cm de coté. Réservez.
  • Dans un grand wok, faites revenir le poulet dans l'huile d'olive, jusqu'à ce qu'il soit bien doré de tous les cotés.
  • Quand la poulet est cuit, ajoutez l'ananas, puis mélangez le tout jusqu'à ce que la préparation soit chaude.
  • Servez en remplissant les peaux d'ananas évidées avec le mélange poulet/ananas, accompagné par exemple d'un mélange de riz.
