Ingrédients nécessaires :	Pour 18 muffins : Mélange sec : 225 grammes de farine complète 2 cuillères à café de bicarbonate de soude 1/2 sachet de levure chimique 1 cuillère à café de paprika 2 cuillères à café de curry 1 cuillère à café de coriandre Mélange humide : 3 oeufs 200 grammes de fromage blanc nature 2 cl de lait 300 grammes de thon sans sel en boîte égoutté et émietté 2 poivrons verts ou rouges
Instructions de réalisation :	Laver, vider et couper les poivrons en petits dés. Les faire blanchir à l'eau quelques minutes. Dans un premier saladier, mélanger les ingrédients du mélange sec. Dans un second saladier, casser les oeufs et les battre un peu, ajouter le fromage blanc et le lait. Mélanger. Ajouter le thon et les dés de poivron. Verser d'un coup le mélange sec sur le mélange humide et mélanger très peu (il doit rester des grumeaux). Remplir des moules à muffins aux 3/4 et enfourner 20 minutes th 6-7 (190°).
