| Ingrédients nécessaires : | Pour 4 personnes :
- 600 g de crevettes roses cuites
- 200 g de riz basmati
- 1 oignon
- 1 piment oiseau
- 2 tomates
- 2 gousses d'ail
- 3 cm de racine de gingembre
- 2 cuillères à soupe d'huile
- 20 cl de lait de coco (faire attention à choisir une boite sans sodium, ca se trouve assez facilement normalement)
- 10 cl de crème liquide
- 1 cuillère à café de curry (choisir un curry sans sel)
- 1 bouquet de coriandre
- 1 citron vert
- poivre
- ATTENTION : les crevettes contiennent naturellement du sel en quantité non négligeable (environ 0.6 g pour 100 g), en cas de régime trop strict cette recette est donc à éviter. Merci vérodebordeaux pour la remarque !

| Instructions de réalisation : | - Faire cuire le riz et le maintenir au chaud.
- Pendant ce temps, peler et hacher l'oignon, couper les tomates en dés, peler et râper le gingembre, peler et hacher l'ail, couper le piment en rondelles et ciseler la coriandre.
- Dans une poêle, faire revenir l'oignon dans l'huile 3 minutes. Ajouter l'ail, le gingembre, le piment et le curry et poursuivre la cuisson 2 minutes.
- Ajouter les tomates, poivrer et faire cuire à feu vif 3 minutes. Délayer avec la crème et le lait de coco.
- Ajouter les crevettes et la moitié de la coriandre. Poursuivre la cuisson 2 minutes.
- Répartir le riz dans les bols et garnir avec le curry de crevettes.
- Pour finir... Décorer avec le reste de coriandre et le citron vert en quartiers.
