Quoi, Noël c'est déjà dans neuf jours ? Et vous ne savez pas quoi manger, vous qui êtes au régime sans sel ?

Ce n'est pas encore une tradition, car c'est seulement la seconde année que 00sel propose un menu de Noël sans sel, mais nous sommes très fiers de vous annoncer que le menu de Noël 2009 sans sel est arrivé !

L'année dernière, nous l'avions préparé avec Véro, et cette année, c'est avec Delphine que nous vous avons concocté un menu qui fera envie à tout le monde, même à vos invités qui ne peuvent pas se passer de sel :-)

Un grand merci à Delphine pour avoir testé les recettes (elle a même fait goûter ses enfants), et pour avoir majoritairement participé à la création de ce menu sans sel 2009 !

Pour accompagner le café ou thé, nous vous proposons 2 sortes de bredeles. Les bredeles, je pense que l'on peut traduire cela en petits fours, sont alsaciens. Ils se préparent début décembre, et se garde dans des boîtes en fer jusqu'au moment de Nöel.

Merci à vous deux de vous être décarcassé pour nous concocter un repas de Noël! Les blinis me tente particulièrement je vais essayer de les accompagner de fines tranches de saumon cru avec une crème fouetté à l'aneth par contre chez moi on s'embête pas pour le plat principal c'est fondue bourguignonne pour tout le monde! Ca tombe bien j'adore ça ;) Joyeuses fêtes à tout le monde!!!
